Valinchi – Kush Control

Hip hop is alive and thriving in Louisville! A cool departure from his usual high-energy tunes I like to call “Amplified Trap Music,” Valinchi turns down and lets you know all about his preferred vice on a new cut called “Kush Control.” Shout out to Street Money Music, and Crackdosja for the visuals.

The savingourstyle crew made the trip to Lexington to partake in the party on limestone as the Kentucky Wildcats won their 8th championship (more than any other team besides UCLA @ 11).  As the final seconds counted down the party insued.

Mission Statement

2005 gave rise to the dawn of a new era in Louisville, Kentucky. Tired of being entranced by the endless drone of hyper-consumerism, a collective of people was formed to reject what was being spoon fed to us by popular culture. A crew of people who initially shared a love of sneakers evolved into a consortium of like-minded individuals passionate about using their talents to raise awareness of youth culture in Louisville.

Saving Our Style is a creative outlet for those who have more to offer the world than what has been previously accepted by the masses. Our goal is to nurture youth and street culture in a positive manner. ALL CREWS UNITED is our rallying cry….
