Undisputed Truth

This is not the Mike Tyson you are used to; in fact, he won’t be doing any fighting this time. “Iron” Mike Tyson has now taken his talents from the ring to the stage. With Spike Lee in the director’s chair, Tyson has come up with a one-man show entitled “Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth.” It had a run on the stages of Las Vegas, then to Broadway and at the start of 2013 the show will go on a nationwide, three month tour to over a dozen cities in the U.S. The two hour show takes us on a journey of Iron Mike’s life from a kid growing up in the hood in Brooklyn, to one of the most feared boxers ever, to his unexpected downfall and then back to his present day uprising.

The show kicks off in Indianapolis in February and makes its way to the Louisville Palace on March 23, 2013. Tickets go on sale December 3rd at noon and prices are $59.50, $49.50, $39.50 and $29.50, with a few meet-and-greet packages available. Tickets will be available at the Louisville Palace box office, all Ticketmaster locations and online at www.ticketmaster.com. Get yours ASAP…I know I will.

Mission Statement

2005 gave rise to the dawn of a new era in Louisville, Kentucky. Tired of being entranced by the endless drone of hyper-consumerism, a collective of people was formed to reject what was being spoon fed to us by popular culture. A crew of people who initially shared a love of sneakers evolved into a consortium of like-minded individuals passionate about using their talents to raise awareness of youth culture in Louisville.

Saving Our Style is a creative outlet for those who have more to offer the world than what has been previously accepted by the masses. Our goal is to nurture youth and street culture in a positive manner. ALL CREWS UNITED is our rallying cry….
