A new breakfast spot in Louisville? The moment I heard it I was on it…
Superchef’s is the creation of Darnell Ferguson & Ryan Bryson, their website says this:

About the operation: Superchef’s sets up shop in restaurants who don’t normally sell breakfast and to date Superchef’s operates in 3 locations around the city… Cluckers near UofL’s campus, Chicago Gyros on Brownsboro Rd. and Seafood Connection which is located in St. Matthews. Chef Darnell Ferguson is a graduate of the Sullivan Culinary Institute whos cooked for Olympic teams, a former president and also manned the kitchens of local restaurants Proof on Main and The Seelbach Hotel.
For my vist I stopped by the Seafood Connection location, the staff was wonderful and the food was everything I expected. So good I whipped out the iphone for food-oraphy pics. Words don’t do the food justice, enjoy the pics and support local.
