Women’s Fall Trends 2012 Pt.1
Always one to stay a step ahead of the rest, Jenn is back to give you a heads up on what will be trending in women’s fashion for the fall….
This past month I did a lot of traveling and the thing that struck me the most was how similar the big trends were all across the world!
Globalization has made fashion more and more accessible to everyone across the world, and the good news is no matter where you are you can participate in the latest trends and display your individual style.
Social Media has made street style more influential than ever, so what better time to express yourself and flaunt your individual style than NOW!?!
You know I wouldn’t just give you the latest trends and not tell you the easy way you can rock these looks and look amazing no matter where or who you are!
LEATHER UP!!!!!!!!!!
Leather is everywhere right now! From full on leather pieces, to leather trim and details. Depending on how far you want to go with this trend, there is a way anyone can get into it.
One thing to keep in my mind is, leather can go from fierce to costumey in a sec, unless you want to rock a full on moto cross look trust me on this!
In order to curb the costume look, avoid wearing head to toe leather. Try one leather piece at a time, for example a leather legging and a chunky tunic-length sweater. If even that feels like a lot for you, start by trying a garment with a little bit of leather trim, such as a woven top or sweater.

SPARKLE AND SHINE
Tis the season for a little bit of sparkle and shine in your wardrobe. From Lurex, metallic denim, sequins, to metal stud embellishments there are multiple ways to let your light shine this holiday season.
When going for shine, remember a little bit goes a long way, a fun way to play up over the top sparkly pieces is to pair them with something decidedly casual for a hip, “I’m not trying that hard vibe”.
If you are rocking a metallic piece such as a studded woven shirt or metallic finished denim, pair it with something soft and feminine for the perfect juxtaposition to your edgier metal look.
